Youth Ambassador Project Manager
Leadership opportunity to manage and coordinate the U.S. Pavilion’s Youth Ambassador team who are engaged as part of an international exchange program.
The successful candidate will be proven leader with a charismatic approach to tasking and motivating teams and ideally familiar with the U.S. education system.
Responsibilities include developing and delivering a comprehensive training program across all aspects of the visitor experience supported by a comprehensive compendium of standard operating procedures.
This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to problem solve in real time.
Experience in rostering, task assignment and performance management of dynamic teams in real-time is desired.
