Position Commences – January 31, 2021

Once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a senior events professional with expert planning, logistics and customer service skills.

This position is responsible for the detailed planning and execution of U.S. Pavilion’s program of business events and functions. This program will attract senior government officials, diplomats, world and business leaders, VIPs and special guests to the U.S. Pavilion to enjoy first class American hospitality.

The successful candidate will have experience managing high profile events, preferably in a government environment, along with major events or venues experience.

Leading a small and dedicated team, the Senior Event Manager will have experience in working collaboratively with function, kitchen and operations teams along with managing external stakeholders across government, not-for-profit and commercial sectors.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, extremely organized, and understands working with multiple stakeholders across the Pavilion, including the Expo organizers.
