This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic events professional with strong event planning, administration and customer service skills. Working closely with the Senior Events Manager, the Events Coordinator will deliver an outstanding program of events and functions at the USA Pavilion by working with Pavilion stakeholders in the planning and execution of all activity in the Pavilion’s event spaces.
This complex stakeholder portfolio includes Government, Pavilion partners and other stakeholders. It will be the responsibility of the Event Coordinator to provide direction, advice and administration support to ensure that events are planned and executed to the highest standard.
The success candidate should have demonstrated experience in working on multiple events, involving many stakeholders simultaneously, along with expert knowledge of event planning and software management systems.
