Career changing opportunity for an experienced operations manager to be part of the leadership team of the U.S. Pavilion. This position oversees the Pavilion visitor experience, so experience in motivating and managing people in a fast pace and dynamic work environment is essential.
Candidates should be financially astute with the ability to negotiate and manage commercial contracts as the role is also responsible for the procurement, engagement and management of facilities maintenance teams across security, cleaning, mechanical and technical.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in at major venues, events or delivering complex projects across staffing, crowd management, exhibitions, logistics, Occupational Health & Safety, and contract management.
