Chef Jerome Grant at the USA Pavilion

#USAPavilion was honored to host culinary ambassador, JamesBeard nominee, and 2019’s Washingtonian’s 40 Under 40, Chef Jerome Grant. During his live cooking demonstration, Chef Jerome prepared grilled quail, banana ketchup BBQ, cheese grits, and apple & chayote relish.

With his cooking and curation of a culturally rich menu, Chef Jerome pays homage to his Filipino-American roots.
