Gift Store Duty Manager
This is a key support role to the USA Pavilion Retail Manager and a unique opportunity for an experienced retail supervisor who is ready to take the next leap into a leadership role.
Passionate about retail, the successful candidate will manage the operation of retail spaces in the Pavilion while on-shift. Tasks include managing the performance of customer service staff, cash-handling and ensuring that customers have a positive experience in the retail spaces.
Candidates should have proven capabilities in customer service excellence, merchandising, stock management and managing busy retail environments.
